I called my agent Eric from the dealership at 4:45 and they close at 5:00. We needed to insure this vehicle at closing. Eric was able to all of this done for us in a short period of time. Excellent customer service. Eric explained everything in detail. Great agency. I like calling my local agency to walk me through specifics he also helped us with our commercial policy. He’s been our agent for years I highly recommend him.

Nikki is the bomb. Saved me 4k the 1st Year! Unfortunately I was a recent victim of the homeowner’s insurance racket that forced me into a new, unneeded roof, but it is was it is, and she guided me the entire way. Also took the time to personally call to say everything was taken care of. (Not an email or letter). Appreciate her very much.

We are fairly new to Florida and when it came time to register and insure our vehicles, I started by doing my homework and reading reviews. I came across Nicole with Great Florida Insurance. I have had my homeowner's insurance with Great Florida for a few years now. A few weeks ago, I received an updated bill for my auto insurance from the company I was with for 22 years. The rate increase was almost $50 a month with no accident or claim! I contacted Great Florida and they were able for find the exact same auto insurance for a greatly reduce rate. I change to that new auto insurance and wish I had contacted Great Florida to check rates sooner. Better late than never! I am sooooo happy with Great Florida and have been telling all my friends to go there.
